Little
girl lost, no longer around
Little boy taken , he’s yet to be found
Age makes no difference, from baby to teen.
Each one has a family, hearts screaming with fear
Frantic
with worry and battered with pain
hey know what can happen, lives will be changed .
Little girl lost, no longer around
Little boy taken , he’s yet to be found
It
happens in moments, at home, the front yard
Near school or a playground, the movies, the mall.
To rich or poor families, it all is the same,
When a child has been taken, they all share the pain.
Little
girl lost, no longer around
Little boy taken , he’s yet to be found
The children scream out, when being held down
The pain that they suffer, the shame and the fear,
They
can’t understand what they are forced to endure
The bodies are broken, the hearts are still pure.
Little girl lost, no longer around
Little boy taken , he’s yet to be found
One
crouches in darkness, his face wet with tears.
"I’ll be a good boy, Mom. I don’t mean to be bad,"
"Don’t let the man hurt me." He cries with a moan.
"Please come and find me. I want you and Dad."
Little
girl lost, no longer around
Little boy taken , he’s yet to be found
"Please let me go home, I won’t tell anyone."
"Don’t touch me, don’t hurt me." Is what they all say.
Then
after it happens, the pain is still there,
Come find me and save me, make the pain go away.
Little girl lost, no longer around
Little boy taken , he’s yet to be found
The
torment and pain that the parents go through,
Not knowing what’s happening, what haven’t they done,
A lifetime of wondering if the child has survived.
"God, help us find them, just keep them alive."
